Today, something a little different:

As I am starting to dedicate more time to showing up here, I want to share a few shorter pieces (something I struggle with!) and peeks into my everyday life: what I’m reading, cooking, making and spending my precious time on.

Today, it’s all about my journaling practice.

As I’ve shared many times before both on Instagram and here on substack - this is my favourite journal.

It has no lines, no dates, is bigger and heavier than most average notebooks and yet — this is *it* for me. Nothing else compares.

I use this journal in two main ways:

The Morning Pages Empty Out

For this, I simply date the top of the page and write for three pages stream of consciousness a la the artists way. I go in and out of this practice, but truthfully I am more ‘in’ than ‘out’ (especially this year) simply because it does work for me.
