I can definitely resonate with having less of a structured schedule as a sacral Gen, but I’d love to know how you bring in *some* structure to actually get things done. It’s so easy for me to just abandon my work in favour of a good book haha
I love the reminder that sacral beings are supposed to LOVE work! I’m an emotional MG and the feeling of pouring myself into my work (when it feels aligned) is truly one of the best feelings ever for me. But also - my mind still attaches to the “worthiness” that comes from feeling productive and I find myself in cycles where I forgot my sacral/emotional authority and fall into the pushing pushing pushing (and then have an emotional low that reminds me to slow down and come back to myself) 😅 I’ve found it so helpful to reframe productivity - like yes, working is productive. But also long walks and sitting in silence and creating without agenda is also “productive”. Finding that sweet spot between the doing and being ❤️ thank you for sharing - and yes to more audios!
