I hope your weekend has been sweet. this last week in sydney has been beautiful. I can’t remember how long it’s been since the sun was out for so many consecutive days in a row. I hold my breath in hope we will have a less extreme summer for the first time in what seems like forever, but im counting every week that slips by like this as a blessing, showing it in one million gratitudes, making the most of it while I can.
I've had this idea for many moon-days now, to pop in with a paragraph or two, and a list of links and favourite things, as a really sweet way to anchor ourselves in, rest first, to the new week. so thats why I’m here. let’s see how this goes.

this past week
I’ve been enjoying: the return of the cicadas (one of my favourite sounds in the world!), making my way through an entire tray of mangos, meditation & breath-work on the balcony in the evenings & finishing off my star jasmine flower essence
I’ve been reading: daoist nei gong for women as recommended by alyssa from sunseed cultivation
I’ve been drinking: lemon balm infusion, and a cocktail of orange juice, coconut water & collagen
I’ve been listening to: the venus treehouse playlist from last year
I’ve been practicing: the novemeber practice from the daily rest studio
I’ve been watching: everyone’s dream lifestyle sisters & I think many here might enjoy this video, too.

this coming week
we have two (!) live classes this week in the daily rest studio. tomorrow night is the human design circle: all about the heart centre and on thursday morning we have our live new moon breathwork & meditation class.
& for those of you in and around sydney, I have an upcoming event in collaboration with the energy exchange happening on dec. 4th. it’s going to be a b e a u t i f u l day with flowers and cold brew and pastries and gifts on arrival and laughing and connection and I just cannot wait !!!
